Gençlik çalışmalarında Avrupa-Akdeniz kültürler arası diyalog konulu eğitim kursu projesi, 27 Eylül-3 Ekim 2015 tarihleri arasında Katalonya’nın Tarragona ve Barselona şehirlerinde gerçekleşecektir.

The course in brief
Intercultural dialogue has become one of the most pressing challenges of today’s Euro-Mediterranean area and the role of youth work bridging diverse communities is more necessary
than ever.
Expressions in Dialogue will bring together a group of 25 youth workers and educators from communities around the Euro- Mediterranean area for a six days interactive training course that will explore the challenges of a meaningful intercultural dialogue and will develop youth work educational methodologies based on the principles of Human Rights and intercultural citizenship education.
Profile of the participants
The course is designed for a group for twenty-five educators, trainers and youth workers who already have some experience in the youth field and want to develop their competences promoting intercultural dialogue and human rights education through youth work.
Participants from Estonia, Czech Republic, Turkey, Catalonia, Jordan, Lebanon, Italy and Bulgaria are welcomed to apply. Participants should be ready for an intercultural experience and interested in developing strategies supporting learning development aiming at fostering civic and human rights. Attending participants should be willing to become agents of change in their organisations and communities.
Participants will be selected by the preparatory team according to their Application form, background and potential to develop concrete follow-up will specially taken into account. The selection will ensure to have a group with organisational and geographical diversity and gender balance.
