Bu pek \u00e7ok arkada\u015f\u0131n can\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131kacak olabilir ama ben uzun vadede kalitenin artaca\u011f\u0131na, tek ki\u015filik STK&#8217;lar\u0131n kapanaca\u011f\u0131na ve tak\u0131m olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6nem kazanaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yorum.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bir di\u011fer nokta ise projenizin gerek\u00e7esi ile ilgili, e\u011fer istatistik <span class=\"text_exposed_show\">bilgi vermiyorsan\u0131z ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z de\u011ferlendiriciyi, iyi bir g\u00f6zlemci oldu\u011funuza ikna edemiyorsan\u0131z i\u015finiz olduk\u00e7a zor demektir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapmadan ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan &#8220;yarat\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler&#8221; art\u0131k pek de\u011fer kazanm\u0131yor. Bu noktada ise STK&#8217;lar\u0131n i\u015fbirli\u011fi yaparak ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar y\u00fcr\u00fctmeleri ve \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde ifade etmeli gerekiyor: &#8220;53 ilde 12.674.751 tane 18-30 ya\u015f aras\u0131 gen\u00e7 ile yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmada \u00e7\u0131kan sonuca g\u00f6re&#8230;.&#8221; K\u0131sacas\u0131 gen\u00e7lerin i\u015fsizlik sorunu vard\u0131r c\u00fcmlesi art\u0131k ilk okul hikaye yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda ancak yer bulabiliyor kendine. <\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Gel gelelim proje y\u00f6netimi k\u0131sm\u0131na, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de her yerde oldu\u011fu gibi STK projelerinde de insan kaynaklar\u0131 en az de\u011fer g\u00f6ren b\u00f6l\u00fcm. Etrafa g\u00fczel tesisler binalar dikiyoruz ama i\u00e7inde onu etkili kullanabilecek personel koymuyoruz. Harika bir ekibiniz yoksa, ekibinizde e\u011fitmenininiz, kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131n\u0131z, ko\u00e7unuz, koordinat\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcz, asistan\u0131n\u0131z yoksa l\u00fctfen istihdam ediniz. \u0130stihdam etmeye g\u00f6nl\u00fcn\u00fcz yok ise (malumunuz proe b\u00fct\u00e7esi buna yetecektir) etraf\u0131n\u0131zdaki kamu kurumlardan, STK&#8217;lardan personel deste\u011fi isteyiniz. Do\u011fru kurumu bulursan\u0131z \u00fccretsiz veya \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir maliyetle size vereceklerdir. Bu personel sizin proje y\u00f6netimine ili\u015fkin kalite unsurunuz olacakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, STK \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 veya y\u00f6netim kurulu ba\u015fkan\u0131 olmak, \u00e7ok say\u0131da proje y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015f olmak sizi sadece deneyimli biri yapar ama asla key expert yapmaz. Bu konuda net olmak laz\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Kalite y\u00f6netimi bir di\u011fer konu diyelim. Eski LLP ortakl\u0131k projelerinde olan ve gen\u00e7lik alan\u0131na Erasmus+ ile girmi\u015f olan bir kavram.
