Esasen klavuzun giri\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde Avrupa Komisyonu&#8217;nun stratejisinden bahsetmekle birlikte eski klavuzlarda yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi Avrupa Vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Gen\u00e7lerin Kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 gibi ba\u015fl\u0131klar bu yeni klavuzlarda art\u0131k mevcut de\u011fil. Bunun yerine daha genel olan Avrupa 2020 stratejisinde bu hedef ve \u00f6nceliklerin a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenip bu stratejiye at\u0131fta bulunuluyor.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bu \u015fekilde bir at\u0131f ile konunun ge\u00e7i\u015ftirilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 Avrupa Komisyonu&#8217;nun hedef ve \u00f6nceliklere verdi\u011fi \u00f6nemin azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermiyor aksine Avrupa 2020 Stratejisi&#8217;nin tamam\u0131n\u0131 okuyup b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye sevk ediyor bizi. Tabi bir de eskiden sadece Gen\u00e7lik Program\u0131 i\u00e7in olan klavuzun art\u0131k Erasmus+ ile t\u00fcm alt programlar\u0131 kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrsek hangi alt program\u0131n hedef ve \u00f6nceliklerinin nerede ne kadar anlat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na karar vermek bile zor olurdu hali haz\u0131rda \u00e7ok uzun bir klavuzun i\u00e7inde.<\/p>\n<p>Peki Avrupa 2020 Stratejisi, gen\u00e7lik alan\u0131 i\u00e7in hangi hedef ve \u00f6ncelikleri belirliyor? Program yararlan\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olan gen\u00e7lik kurulu\u015flar\u0131ndan hangi alanlarda projeler kabul etmek istediklerini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor?<\/p>\n<p>8 ba\u015fl\u0131kta toplan\u0131yor Avrupa Komisyonu&#8217;nun 2020 Gen\u00e7lik Stratejisi i\u00e7indeki hedefler. &#8220;E\u011fitim ve \u00d6\u011fretim&#8221;, &#8220;Giri\u015fimcilik ve \u0130stihdam&#8221;, &#8220;Sa\u011fl\u0131k&#8221;, &#8220;Kat\u0131l\u0131m&#8221;, &#8220;G\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc Faaliyetler&#8221;, &#8220;Sosyal Dahil Etme&#8221;, &#8220;Gen\u00e7lik ve D\u00fcnya&#8221;
