Undoubtedly, water harvesting has a crucial place in the fight against erosion which results in the loss of fertile soil. We are also researching water harvesting methods for our projects to establish an ecological education centre in the forest located in Kocaeli, which we will carry out as part of our climate change strategy. Through this, children and youth will be able to observe the example of water harvesting while receiving training on the importance of biodiversity and sustainable living at the education centre. In this article, we would like to share with you an informative article about water harvesting by the Permatürk foundation, one of the important organizations that we learned about while creating our project. You can reach Hülya Uğuz Yedievli’s article from the link below. We would also like to thank them for the very informative sharing.
